1ST BACOLOD ECO-TOUR ADVENTURE RACE

The City of Bacolod in cooperation with Dan’s Bike Shop proudly brings you the 1st Bacolod Eco-Tour MTB Adventure Race on December 10-11, 2011 to be held at San Francisco Resort, Brgy. Alangilan, Bacolod. It will feature mtb races like Duathlon, Sprint, Dual Slalom,  Cross-Country, and 6-Hour Ride. Registration fee is at Php450.00 and is open until December 8, 2011. UCI OFFICIAL 2012 SCHEDULES, 4X NOT INCLUDED

The UCI (Union Cycliste International) released it’s 2012 schedule last september and surprised every 4x lovers as UCI excluded the 4x event as part of the world cup series. As per UCI’s press-release from their website, the reason they did not included the 4x sport, is because of the high-cost of building the racetrack and it’s impact on the environment. They also noted that 4x will still be included in the UCI Mountain bike and Trials Championships in Leogang, Austria
