Year 2011 is coming to a close. But before that celebration, me and my friends decided to go for a quick trail ride at the Fort Bonifacio MTB Trails in Taguig City.
Aldie Vizconde and Louie Anonuevo decided to ride along one afternoon, to rip the red trail, and sweat it out before we face our traditional “Media Noche” on new years eve.

The MTB Trails inside the army camp is frequently visited by riders who cannot find time to go to far away trails in rizal or tagaytay, with it’s location within the city, it’s accessibility and being a biker-friendly course. Once we arrived, we registered with the gate keeper and paid a 50 pesos fee. The fee is used for the maintenance of the bike trail. This course is great way to practice in a busy city as it offers two trail course, Blue course for the Beginners and the Red course for the skilled biker.
After some rounds, we cool down ourselves with refreshments that we bought at the ‘Kamayan sa SEB‘, a small eatery located right there in the trails end.
We savor the view of the mini pond and the phase 2 of the trail while we rest at the picnic tables provided for visiting riders and army personnels.
